ABOUT WORKSHOP

  • All courses and workshops are reserved after payment is confirmed.

  • No refund after registration and payment.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify 24 hours before the class, only one rescheduling.

  • No videotaping is allowed during class.

  • Please come to studio on time for the class. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, it will be counted as an absence, and we will not rearrange the class or refund.

  • We will cancel and reschedul when Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
    Individual notification arrangements will be made for courses cancelled due to emergencies and inclement weather.

ABOUT PRODUCT

  • Successful order once payment is confirmed.

  • All products  cannot be exactly the same, cos of handmade products. Perfectionists order carefully.

  • It may be a slight color difference between the real product and the photo.

  • No refund or exchange.

  • Products will be shipped within five days after payment is confirmed. For urgent orders, please contact customer service.

  • For bulk orders, please contact customer service.

  • If customers choose SF Express as the delivery method, It means agree the terms and conditions for express delivery.

  • If the recipient fails to pick up the shipment within a reasonable time or contact the follow-up shipment after the shipment is sent, or the shipping company cannot contact the recipient, the recipient will have the opportunity to be charged storage fees by the shipping company, or the shipment will be abandoned or disposed of. or sold.

  • In order to ensure the rights and interests of customers, if the shipment has not been received within one month after the order is shipped, please contact us or the transportation company to check the shipment status as soon as possible.

  • If the recipient has not picked up the parcel for a long time/the transportation company cannot contact the recipient and the delivery is reimbursed by the government, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this.

  • For goods sent outside Hong Kong, you need to pay customs duties, import duties and other sales taxes and import customs fees.
