CLAB Baking Candle is a certificate course designed by the Korea Baking Candle Technology Design Research Association (CLAB). Through the course, students can learn to use wax materials to create cake and bread textures. You will also learn to make decorations such as cream and simulated fruits.
Course content
- Understand various materials and how to use various tools
- Instead of using molds, wax material is used to create a realistic cake texture.
- How to make cream wax
- Decoration techniques and how to use piping bags
- Techniques for making simulated fruits (orange-fleshed strawberries)
- How to make powdered sugar
- Color mixing techniques

The studio provides additional course content:
- Donut
- After completing the work, the studio will apply to the Korean Baking Candle Craft Design Research Association on your behalf. After passing the review, a teacher certificate from the Korean Clab Association will be issued.
- After students become teachers of the association, they can also apply for certificates for students on their own in the future.

Course fees include all materials, tuition, certificate fees and packaging costs.
If you do not need to apply for a certificate, the certificate application fee of HK$600 can be deducted.
